ANAPANA, which is a first step of Vipassana medication, means observation of natural, normal respiration. Such observation helps us deal with fear, anxieties and pressures in our day to day life.

In this research study we are intending to explore how learning and practicing Anapana is useful in dealing with anxieties in present unusual and uncertain situation due to COVID -19.

To participate in this study you will have to give a commitment of practicing anapana for next 21 days, twice a day for 10 minutes, after an introductory session.

In this form there are few questions to assess your present level of wellbeing which will be given again at the end of 21 days.

There are also few items related to your personal details enlisted in demographic data, which is to be duly filled.
